Venture Out Unit 411 is a waterfront unit with 35' of dock space that will provide you with all of the comforts of home. Rather than be cramped into a simplistic motel room, you'll have all of the benefits of having a kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, central air conditioning, and 35' of dock space. Two TV's with 80+ channels and a DVD player are provided for your convenience along with a phone for local calls, gas barbecue, and a washer & dryer.
The regular season rate of $895 per week is in effect from December 15th through August 15th. The first week of mini-lobster season which covers the dates July 25 & 26 is $1050, and the first week of lobster season which begins August 6th is also $1050. Low season runs from August 16th through December 14th at a rate of $700 per week. Discounts are given for month-long rentals. Additional fees include 12.5% tax (5% lodging tax & 7.5% sales tax), a $90 housekeeping/cleaning fee, and a $35 booking fee, all of which is payable to our real estate agent when you book. When you arrive at Venture Out, there is a $53.75 charge for registration payable to the park. Sorry, no pets permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
