Venture Out Unit 411 is a waterfront unit with 35' of dock space and Wi-Fi internet that will provide you with all of the comforts of home. Rather than be cramped into a simplistic motel room, you'll have all of the benefits of having a kitchen, dining room, living room (new sofabed, chairs, and recliner in 2017; new 43' Ultra High-Def Smart TV with X1 Complete Package... 260+ channels including HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, TMC, Starz, etc.), two bedrooms with TV's, two bathrooms, central air conditioning (new in 2013), and 35' of dock space. You'll enjoy Wi-Fi internet, a phone for local & long distance calls, gas barbecue (new in 2017), and a washer & dryer. The regular season rate of $1200 per week is in effect from January 3-July 20, 2018, August 12-August 31, 2018, October 19-October 29, 2018, and December 15-December 18, 2018 (3 night minimum, $190 daily, $1200 weekly, $3960 monthly). Lobster season runs from July 21 - August 11 and that runs $1500 a week (7 night minimum). Low season runs from September 1-October 18, 2018 and from October 30-December 14, 2018 at a rate of $1000 per week (3 night minimum, $157 daily, $1000 week, $3300 month). Christmas/New Years rates are in effect from December 19, 2018-January 2, 2019 (5 night minimum, $220 night, $1500 week). Additional fees include 12.5% tax (5% lodging tax & 7.5% sales tax), $45 damage waiver or $3000 security deposit, a $100 housekeeping/cleaning fee, and a $45 booking fee, all of which is payable to our real estate agent when you book. When you arrive at Venture Out, there is a $53.75 charge for registration payable to the park. Trip cancellation insurance is also available. If you are bringing a boat on a trailer, docking it along our 35' patio is free, but Venture Out charges $4 per day for trailer parking in the designated lot.
